We ID: You must be 21 with a valid ID to consume alcoholic beverages. State ID, Drivers License, Military ID or passport. No fakes, no expired or broken ID’s. 

No smoking inside or on patio Georgia Smokefree Air Act of 2005.

Separate checks will not be issued to parties of eight or more. 

18% service charge will be added to parties of six or more as per House Bill 5056 of the 1997-1998 legislative session

We have the right to refuse service, customers who are disrespectful to employees, make verbal remarks and or ruin the atmosphere of the restaurant will be removed from the establishment at the manager’s discretion. An 18% service charge will be added to guests that have to be removed. 

For the convenience of our patrons, all dining tickets exceeding $100 will be subject to an 18% gratuity charge. This policy ensures exceptional service and fair compensation for our staff. We kindly ask for your understanding and compliance with this guideline. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to provide an excellent dining experience.

By dining at The Nest, you acknowledge and agree to the application of the 18% gratuity on bills surpassing $100. This policy is designed to eliminate any ambiguity and to maintain clarity in our service charges.
